In 1982, Dr. Caldwell established the first full-time orthodontic specialty practice in Derry. Six years later, he designed a new office space for his growing practice and moved it to its present location near Gilbert H. Hood Memorial Middle School.

Derry Orthodontics receives referrals of patients with many different treatment needs, and Dr. Caldwell has evaluated patients ranging from age three to age seventy-three. Minor orthodontic intervention is often helpful in younger patients to ensure proper dental development.  For older children and adults, Dr. Caldwell provides comprehensive orthodontic care, and, as a specialist in orthodontics, he is able to customize treatment to suit each patient's facial appearance.  Standard goals of treatment for all patients at Derry Orthodontics are: straight teeth, a proper bite relationship, a pleasing smile, and, of course, optimal dental health.

All treatment at Derry Orthodontics is coordinated with the patient’s general dentist and is provided personally by Dr. Caldwell, assisted by his certified clinical staff who work under his direct supervision.
